METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING MOLDED ARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for assembling molded articles by which it is unnecessary to position the molded articles each other; an improvement related to shortening of assembling time can be achieved; and a molding process can be simplified, when a plurality of the molded articles are assembled under a fitted condition by injection molding. SOLUTION: The method for assembling the molded articles is provided with a molding process wherein the first molded article 2 and the second molded article 3 are molded by using a set of molds 1 and an assembling process wherein the molded articles obtained by the molding process are pressed and at least one of the first molded article 2 and the second molded article 3 is moved in parallel to bring them under an assembled condition. In the molding process, a connecting part 9 between the first molded article 2 and the second molded article 3 are formed and the thickness of the connecting part 9 in the pressing direction is formed thinner than the thickness of the first molded article 2 and the thickness of the second molded article 3 at a position where this connecting part 9 is formed.
