<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a uniform cell gap of a liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal display panel, a rugged reflection electrode 2a is formed on the surface of a pixel electrode of an array substrate 1 having the pixel electrode, a signal line and a switching element 7, a hole part where a color layer is removed is provided at a part of each pixel part R, G and B in a color filter substrate opposed to the array substrate, a granular spacer 3 and a liquid crystal are interposed between the array substrate and the color filter substrate, and the granular spacer 3 is disposed at only the hole part where the color layer is removed in the color filter substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
