<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both a production demand for made-to-order products and leveling of the production quantity thereof. <P>SOLUTION: After the total production quantity of sequential order products A and planned order products B is calculated by classifying them into respective elements, since at least MA1 of products A1 and part of MA2 of products A2 in the products A, and MB1 of products B1, MB2 of products B2, and MB3 of products B3 in the products B do not exceed the maximum production quantity mab1 in an N-shift exceeding the maximum production quantity mab1 in relation to a first element, the production quantities of the products A1, A2 and B1-B3 are settled as a fixed shift for the N-shift. The remaining products A2 and A2 having the first element are distributed to an N+1-shift and an N+3 shift in the vicinity of the fixed shift so that the production quantity in the working period should not exceed the maximum production quantity mab1 and should satisfy requested delivery dates, and thus the production plan for the products A and B having the first element is set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
