<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently concentrate ozone with low energy consumption in a method for concentrating ozone by adsorbing ozone to an adsorption medium and then desorbing ozone from the adsorption medium. <P>SOLUTION: In adsorbing and desorbing ozone within a temperature range close to the critical temperature of ozone, ozone adsorption is carried out at a temperature lower than the critical temperature and ozone desorption is carried out at a temperature higher than the critical temperature.
