摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light transmission touch panel to be used for the operation of various electronic devices, while ensuring a predetermined operable area, whose overall miniaturization can be realized.

SOLUTION: An upper conductive layer 2 is formed on the lower face of an upper substrate 1 and a lower conductive layer 4 faced to the upper conductive layer 2 with a predetermined interval is formed on the upper face of a lower substrate 3. The substrates are stuck to each other with a spacer 16 having elasticity ranging from 104to 106Pa so that a light transmission touch panel can be configured.
