<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the diffusion of an energy saving building by avoiding a loss of a system user by a decrease in an energy saving amount caused by fluctuations in weather conditions. <P>SOLUTION: This energy rate collection system is so formed that the energy saving amount to be attained is contracted between a system installation person installing an energy saving system and a system user using the energy saving system, the practical energy saving amount measured by an energy saving amount measuring means 13 is compared with the contracted energy saving amount for every set period, and when the practical energy saving amount is less than the contracted energy saving amount, a cost corresponding to the difference of the energy saving amount is restored to the system user so as to promote the diffusion of the energy saving building. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
