<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a situation when a person is confused at a plurality of conflicting comments. <P>SOLUTION: A comment recording server device 10 determines whether the rank of a commenting person (such as the rank given to the person in consideration of the post of each user) stored in a user DB 12 is superior to the rank of the former commenting person or not. Further, if the rank of the commenting person is not superior to that of the former commenting person, whether the comment of the commenting person is a contradiction to the comment of the former commenting person or not is determined based on the expression of the commenting person's intention. If the rank of the commenting person is superior to that of the former commenting person, or when the comment of the commenting person is not the contradiction to the comment of the former commenting person, the comment recording server device is controlled to interrelate the comment of the commenting person with a file and record the comment.
