PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To customize a document for a specified person at a point-on-need.

SOLUTION: An administration module 80 is arranged at a first point, and an intelligent document creation module 40 is arranged at a point-of-need separated from the first point. The administration module 80 communicates with the i-document creation module 40 through a communication network 70. The intelligent document creation module 40 facilitates reference of an i-template 12 and creation of i-document 14 based on the i-template 12. A document manufacturing module 50 manufactures a special ordered personal document 16 on the basis of the i-document 14.
