<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent production of gas from an adhesive used for an airtight container in a plane type image display device, and improve quality of the degree of vacuum or the like in the airtight container. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of an airtight container used for a plane type image display device, this manufacturing method of an image display device, has a process for adhering joining material 2-5 for joining composing members of the airtight container 2-1, 2-3, 2-4, 2-6 on each composing member, a degassing process of the joining material 2-5, and a sealing process for joining each composing member through the joining material 2-5 after the degassing process.</p> |
