The present invention refers to a combination of an antimicrobial selected from fusidic acid and salts thereof, and an antifungal selected from clotrimazole and derivatives thereof. The invention also refers to a topic pharmaceutical composition that comprises said composition and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients or vehicles; the invention also includes the manufacturing process of the composition and the use thereof for treating dermatological disorders associated with infections caused by bacteria or fungi.
