PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To temporarily discriminate a processed cut sheet from a cut sheet stocked on a copy receiving stacker and stop the movement, and thereafter discharge it to a stacker. SOLUTION: A delivery mechanism is constituted that, after a cut sheet P passes a processing part 8, the cut sheet is conveyed in a slightly inclined upward state by a delivery guide 17 of a delivery part. In the delivery part, the rear end of a cut sheet is stopped once at a step part 17a of the delivery guide, the upper end of the cut sheet is slightly protruded from the upper end of the cut sheet stocked at a delivery stacker and pushed out by the forward end of a following cut sheet and the preceding cut sheet is dropped at the delivery stacker.
