SOLUTION: Pits (110, 130, 150) are displayed on a display screen by a display means (300), a position of a mouse pointer is designated as the start point and the finish point of the crane by a first crane position designating means (320) in operating a first mouse of a mouse means (310), and two different positions on a movement track of the mouse pointer are designated as the start point and the finish point of the crane by a second crane position designating means (330) in moving the mouse pointer and operating a second mouse.
