<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphorescent resin composite having strength necessary for constituting a part of a mobile information device and a mobile information device comprising a structure made of the composite. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composite constituting a part of a mobile information device contains resin components, to which powder of phosphorescent materials and powder for reinforcing strength are added. The powder of the phosphorescent materials is preferably the powder made by baking strontium aluminate, europium and dysprosium, or the powder made by baking calcium aluminate, europium and neodymium.
