<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital money settlement system, wherein the amount of data transferred in payment is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: This digital money settlement system comprises a digital money issuance management server 1 issuing the digital money, checking the validity of the digital money when the issued digital money is used in payment, and managing the use record of the digital money, and an AP server 4 for receiving the payment of the digital money issued by the digital money issuance management server 1.
