<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch control system wherein delicate clutch handling in an automatic operation is realized when starting and stopping a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: Two mechanisms are coaxially arranged in series by butting each other, namely, an electrically-powered ball screw mechanism 26 rotatably driving a ball screw 23 by an electric motor 22 and moving back and forth a push rod 25 via a ball nut engaged with the ball screw, and a hydraulic- powered mechanism 30 discharging working oil in a pressure chamber 29 by advancing a piston 27 against electric bounding force of a spring 28. A clutch pedal 1 is arranged in the vicinity of the piston 27 in a slantedly movable manner, and a clutch pedal unit 20 is provided with a release fork 45 which advances the piston 27 in connection with the clutch pedal 1. A passage is provided to interconnect between a pressure chamber 29 of the clutch pedal unit 20 and a clutch connecting and disconnecting means for connecting and disconnecting a clutch, and the electric motor 22 is electronically controlled by the clutch control system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
