<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve, based on input information such as speech contents input from a user, pre-created answering contents correlated with contents understood from the input information, and refer to details of this retrieval, thereby, for example, the degree of a feeling with respect to the user is easily specified. <P>SOLUTION: The system according to the present invention comprises a topic retrieving portion 360 which compares first morpheme information constructing the speech contents of the user with each piece of pre-stored second morpheme information to retrieve a piece of the second morpheme information including a morpheme constructing the first morpheme information, and a ranking portion 380 which grades in rank, for example, the degree of a feeling with respect to the user based on the second morpheme information retrieved by the topic retrieving portion 360. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
