<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively easily mount a solar battery to a light-weight structure such as a hatch cover, a movable roof or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery sheet 20 is constituted by integrally mounting a flexible solar battery module 21 of the predetermined shape to a base sheet 22 consisting of thermosetting resin. Meanwhile, a circumferential edge fixing sheet 14 consisting of resin-laminated plate is mounted to the hatch cover 10 or the like in conformity with the external shape of the solar battery sheet 20. The circumferential edge of solar battery sheet 20 is thermally fused for mounting to this circumferential edge fixing sheet 14.
