<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device which secures delay times, regard less of the temperature change. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device, includes a resistance means having a fixed resistance value, regardless of the temperature change and the resistance means is constituted of at least two resistors. The resistor means are connected in series on a charging/discharging path of a capacitor. The resistance value of one resistor increases (or decreases) as the temperature increases (or decreases) and the resistance value of another resistor decreases (or increases) conversely as the temperature increases (or decreases).
