PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid activating device which can be maintained and used easily, and to facilitate its introduction to general households to give the benefit of activated water to more people, thereby contributing the improvement of the comfortability of daily life. SOLUTION: In the liquid activating device, a magnetic force generating means is attached to an activation chamber with a liquid introduction part and a liquid delivering part, and liquid passing through the activation chamber is activated by magnetic force. A hollow partition member that partitions a passage is connected with the inner surface of the activation chamber, and an opening part that opens the hollow part of the partition member to the outside of activation chamber is formed in a connection part.
