PURPOSE: Provided are extracts derived from Pueraria mirifica, Butea superba and/or Mucuna collettii and an extraction method thereof, foods, beverages, pharmaceutical products and/or cosmetics containing the extracts as an active ingredient and a manufacturing method thereof. The extracts contain high concentration of isoflavones and improve skin elasticity and brilliance. CONSTITUTION: An extract of Butea superba and/or Mucuna collettii is characterized by extracting callus obtained by the culture of the rhizome, root, stem, or leaf of Butea superba and/or Mucuna collettii. A therapeutic composition for impotency contains the extract as an active ingredient.
