<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing artificial ground from coal ash mortar, which can simplify the constitution of a place of disposal by landfill, constructed in the sea so as to dispose of coal ash, and which enables the ground of a landfill site to be effectively utilized as a foundation for a civil engineering construction, a building, etc. <P>SOLUTION: Paired breakwaters 27, 27, 33 and 33, which are elongated to an offing side in the state of coming into contact with a coast 26, are constructed at a prescribed interval between each other; the places 30a, 30b, etc., of the disposal by the landfill are formed by mounting a pollution preventing membrane 29 between the tips of the breakwaters 27, 27, 33 and 33; the coal ash mortar 16, which is manufactured by mixing and kneading the coal ash, either or both of cement and blast furnace slag, and water in each prescribed quantities, is charged into the places 30a, 30b, etc., so that the landfill can be performed; and the mortar 16 in the places 30a, 30b, etc., is cured for a fixed period of time so that the artificial ground 75 can be constructed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
