<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film ND filter having flat permeability characteristics, surface antireflection characteristics and rear surface antireflection characteristics and to provide a photographing device such as a camera or the like which can improve a ghost or a flare generated by the front or rear surface reflection by using the thin film ND filter as a diaphragm. <P>SOLUTION: The thin film ND filter comprises an alternate layer of an absorption film and a transparent dielectric film by one type of a metal oxide having absorbability on one side surface of a transparent board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
