<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning system enabling an inexperienced person to acquire required items in a short period. <P>SOLUTION: The learning system is constituted of a terminal 20<SB>1</SB>-20<SB>3</SB>provided with an input section and an output section, a server 10 provided with a database 11 storing questions regarding plant design, and a network 30 connecting the terminal 20<SB>1</SB>-20<SB>3</SB>with the server 10.
