<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set of services of replacing and inspecting vehicle oil and attached parts as typical expendable supplies of vehicle and improve the profits and convenience of the whole including customers and service suppliers. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle 2 makes repairing request to an information center 1 when the needs for repairing work occur according to information acquired by a sensor, and periodically notifies the information center of travel distance information. The information center 1 notifies a dealer 4 terminal of the repairing request and makes the terminal transmit service conditions when receiving the repairing request and finding out necessary repairing items according to travel distance information. The dealer 4 responds to the repairing request and transmits service conditions of the dealer 4 to the information center 1. The information center 1 relays received service conditions per dealer 4 to a user for making the user select desired service conditions, and transmits signed agreement information to the dealer 4 which has provided the selected service conditions for contract intermediation with the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
