<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a seal registration system for registering an appropriate seal by excluding an inappropriate seal on the occasion of seal registration, etc., at a financial organization. <P>SOLUTION: This seal registration system is equipped with a seal registration server for registering seal registration data and a window terminal having a scanner, etc., for reading image data. The registration server is placed in a centralized control center, and the window terminal is placed in a business parlor. The business parlor is provided with an officer platform terminal for approving the image data read by the window terminal and a business parlor server for managing transactions on seals in the business parlor.
