<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for deciding payment conditions by a subcontract law or a contractor law which can confirm whether contents entered into an order form for building operation meet applicable conditions of the contractor law or the subcontract law. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with an order form database 21 including an ordering destination master 22 storing ordering destination information, a kind master 23 storing kinds, and an order input form, an application server 1 which generates an order form based upon the input contents of the order input form, and client terminals 3-1 to 3-2 are connected through a network 5, and the application server 1 is equipped with an order processing part 11 which decides whether a law applied to ordering conditions of the order input form found according to funds obtained from the ordering destination master 22 and the kind of the order input form is of the same kind of an applied law inputted to the order input form and sends an alarm message to the client terminals 3-1 and 3-2 when not. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
