PURPOSE: A turn signal lamp mounting structure of a vehicle is provided to apply to various kinds of vehicles by flexibly coping with the thickness variation of a side panel, simplify assembling processes and parts, and easily repair. CONSTITUTION: A turn signal lamp mounting structure of a vehicle for inserting and combining a turn signal lamp(1), which comprises a housing(20) installed with the lamp in the center and a lens(10) combined to the front edge of the housing, into a side panel(40) formed to the vehicle body between rubber pads is composed of elastic brackets(70) protruded at both sides for the rear center of the housing. The elastic bracket includes a fixed part(71) vertically fixed to the rear of the housing at the inside and a hanging sill(74) inclined to the vertical plane of the housing at the outside and not fixed to the housing.
