Piezoelectric valve

The valve has a unilaterally constrained piezoelectric bending part (1) to control movement of one actual sealing device. The bending part is loaded by an elastic component e.g. springs (5a, 5b) in a perpendicular direction relative to direction of displacement. The longitudinal axis of the bending part and the force exercised by the elastic component are aligned in one position.
