PURPOSE: Provided is a moving and rotating chair for farmers in a farm field or in a green house, which makes the harvesting farmer move easily and helps to pick up cucumbers, strawberries or red peppers. CONSTITUTION: The chair comprises back support(7), seat part(2), belt(1), inclining part(3) which inclines 15 degrees forward, height control part(4) and rotating part(5) which rotates at 360 degrees.
