PURPOSE: A carrier up-down rotary unit device is provided to achieve improved electrical reliability of components of soldering unit by preventing vibrations of components during lifting and rotation of a carrier. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder(294) is arranged at a support plate(292) fixed at a lower frame(290). The cylinder has a rod fixed beneath a center of a main frame(300) such that the main frame is movable in a vertical direction. A rotary unit which is rotatable by the cylinder is arranged in the main frame. A first cylinder(306) is arranged beneath the main frame such that the rotary unit is movable in a vertical direction. A variable frame(302) is arranged at a side of the rotary unit in such a manner that the variable frame is movable in sideways by a third cylinder(336) disposed outside of the main frame. A conveyor(308) is arranged in the variable frame and the main frame such that the conveyor transfers a carrier mounted with a PCB. The conveyor is arranged to be driven by the forces of a driving motor(342) connected to a rotary shaft(312).
