<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily usable pachinko prize exchange card with a simple structure that is hard to forge. <P>SOLUTION: The prize exchange card comprises an IC chip 110 storing an encrypted ID, a base plate 100 formed with an antenna wire 130 connected to an electrode of the IC chip in a first face, and a cover sheet sealing the first face of the base plate 100. The cover sheet of the prize exchange card is formed so that it is adhered on the base plate 100 by forming a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 210 on one face.
