<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermo-sensitive recording body which is excellent in water-resistance and printability, and at the same time, of which the printing running property is good even under a low temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: For this thermo-sensitive recording body, a thermo-sensitive recording layer containing a colorless or slightly colored basic leuco dye and a color developing agent as the major components is provided on a supporting body. The thermosensitive recording body contains an acrylic emulsion and colloidal silica in the thermosensitive recording layer, and in addition, contains an inorganic pigment of which the average particle size is 3 to 30 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
