An apparatus (10) for forming curved structures, comprises: a plurality of sections (12), each section has a base portion (14) and a first track portion (16), a plurality of vertical slots (40) disposed through the first track portion, a connection (20) pivotally attached to the base portions of adjacent sections, and a first strap member (24) slidably engaging the plurality of vertical slots disposed through the first track portion of the sections such that the sections are movable to form a radius of curvature.
