<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing dried laver having such a structure that multiple pieces of receiving members or dehydrating sponges can be easily and collectively detached or attached from or to the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the apparatus, a sheet-forming part 10 comprises a sheet-forming measure 11 arranged above the transferring passage of a holder 3, and a receiving part 12 for a screen 6 arranged below the transfer passage. The receiving part 12 comprises a guide part 16 arranged in the direction B crossing at the right angle to the transferring direction A of the holder in the transferring passage, a slide stand 17 sliding along the guide part 16, and a receiving member 18 having a flow opening 19 arranged on the slide stand 17 and supporting the screen 6 from the lower part.
