PURPOSE: To provide a disposable and wearable body fluid absorbent article which absorbs and distributes a body fluid such as urine quickly. CONSTITUTION: This wearable body fluid absorbent article 1 includes an inner surface sheet 23, an outer surface sheet 24, and a body fluid absorbing first panel 26 located below the inner surface sheet 23. A void part 27 formed in the center between the inner surface sheet 23 and the first panel 26 is filled with a hydrophobic second panel 28 compressable and liquid-permeable. A plurality of rows of strip pieces 29 made of water-absorbing fibers pressed in a highly dense manner and a hydrophobic and liquid permeable spacer member 31 located below the strip pieces 29 are provided between the second panel 28 and the outer surface sheet 24.
