PURPOSE: An electromagnetic induction heating apparatus is provided to prevent the generation of a circulating current by equalizing an electric potential difference induced between conductors using a double conductor. CONSTITUTION: A plate-type conductor is arranged on an upper portion of a substrate(42) of a heating apparatus. A plate-type insulator(44) is inserted between the substrate(42) and the plate-type conductor. A fixed conductor layer is fixed by integrating the plate-type conductor and the plate-type insulator(44) to infiltrate them into an insulating material such as a vanish and an epoxy. A torsion unit mounts a double conductor(40) winding the fixed conductor layer on the substrate(42). The torsion unit transposes the fixed conductor layer to a central position of winding in order to make the same length of inside winding and outside winding.
