<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor with personal recognition function and operation equipment which makes personal authentication, personal identification constantly possible, which can be operated by space-saving without burdening a user in a personal recognition device. <P>SOLUTION: In the processor 10 with personal recognition function, it is provided with a mouse 1 by which a terminal (personal computer or a personal computer main body) is operated by hand and capable of outputting a photographed blood vessel image obtained by photographing blood vessel images of palms and a recognition part 2a which performs the personal authentication at desired time based on the photographed blood vessel image outputted from the mouse 1 and the registered photographed images and mouse 1 is constituted by providing an irradiation part 1a which irradiates the direction of the palms with near-infrared light beams and a photographic part 1b which photographs the photographed blood vessel image by using reflected light beams from the palms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
