The invention relates to a method for feeding, to a user terminal, a portion that is already broadcast of a multimedia stream that is being broadcast in a digital broadcasting network, including a step of feeding said portion, by means of a remote server of said terminal, starting at a predetermined time position in said stream, via a communication network separate from said digital broadcasting network, including: a substep of receiving said stream and, for each received portion of said stream: encoding said received portion, feeding at least one independent content fragment; storing said fragment in a circular buffer memory area having a predetermined size; a substep of concatenating said fragments, starting with the fragment corresponding to said predetermined time position, feeding said portion of said stream in the form of a file to be downloaded by said terminal. |
