PURPOSE: A hydraulic steering system integrated with a control valve and a cylinder is provided to remove a rubber coupling by shutting off shimmy by a rubber bushing and to prevent vibration and noise generated by resonance of a feed tube to the pulsation of actuating fluid without a separate feed tube by integrating the control valve and a piston. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic steering system integrated with a control valve(100) and a cylinder and formed by rack-pinion combination for converting rotary motions of a steering wheel into rectilinear motions of a rack bar(103) is composed of two rubber bushings(105) for connecting a rack gear(104), which converts rotary motions of a pinion gear(102) and a piston(101) combined by a ball joint and a tie rod into rectilinear motions, to both ends; and the spool type control valve arranged to a contact surface of the rack gear and the piston and formed with a pair of uneven parts. The piston includes two passages for flowing actuating fluid discharged from the control valve to the cylinder at both sides of the piston and one passage for supplying actuating fluid supplied from a hydraulic pump to a P port(300) of the control valve to movements of the piston.
