PURPOSE: An image diagnosis system for performing health examination and characteristic analysis using an iris image is provided to perform smoothly a photographing process without an error by combining organically a CCD, an image formation lens unit, and a side illumination unit. CONSTITUTION: An iris camera includes an iris lens part for magnifying and capturing an image of iris, a facial lens part for capturing an image of facial part, and a CCD driving part for photographing images of the iris lens part and the facial part. An image diagnosis system for performing health examination and characteristic analysis using an iris image includes an image formation lens unit and a side illumination unit(50). The image formation lens is used for processing optically the images to photograph a subject. The side illumination unit(50) is formed with an optical fiber(51), a light source(52), and an optical fiber holder(54) to perform smoothly a photographing process.
