<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for checking sales record values and labor for inputting them by preparing a sales report without manually inputting the sales record values. <P>SOLUTION: When the preparation of a sales report is requested from an outlet client 24, a daily report management server 13 acquires sales record values for a prescribed period from an outlet database 12, the record values being collected from a store controller 22 by a host computer 11.
