FIELD: medicine, phthisiology, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a medicinal formulation with an antituberculosis effect. Medicinal formulation comprises isoniazid and pyridoxine hydrochloride. The improvement of properties of medicinal formulations is provided by addition of correcting substances and high-molecular compounds that cover the most of taste receptors and wrap particles of medicinal substance. Soluble saccharin is used for correction of taste. The composition comprises also refined sugar, polyvinylpyrrolidone and 95% ethyl alcohol. Invention provides the development of the composition, technology and standardization of corrected medicinal formulation of isoniazid with pyridoxine hydrochloride that can be manufactured in Russia from the native raw. The proposed medicinal formulation i. e. isoniazid-containing granule with pyridoxine hydrochloride satisfies by their properties to requirements of standardizing documentations and eliminates adverse effects. ^ EFFECT: improved and valuable medicinal properties of formulation. ^ 1 dwg, 7 tbl
