<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the opportunities of selling travel commodities between a travel agency and each of accommodation suppliers by combining the travel agency and the accommodation suppliers for finding superior commodity plan. <P>SOLUTION: (1) This system comprises a basic information server, a written plan server, and a management server. It is constructed between a client terminal to be connected and itself. (2) A created written plan is transmitted to other clients retrieved and selected by a basic information retrieval system via a transmission system and stored in a written plan file. (3) The clients receiving it gives reply information ○×▵ to the conditions of the written plan via a reply system and reply information and corrected conditions are stored in a reply information file and in a corrected condition information file, respectively. The written plan file, the reply information file and the corrected condition information file are coordinated with one another and they can be retrieved and viewed via a written plan retrieval system.
