<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a computer network to share and manage information on transaction doings among enterprises, thus providing the information fairly to service users. <P>SOLUTION: Information which is provided from a user terminal and includes a predetermined item is received through a network. Whether or not a user meets a quantitative limiting condition related to information provision is determined based on the received information, and further whether or not accumulated information which has been accumulated so far and includes the received information meets a qualitative limiting condition related to information provision from the user terminal side is determined. In addition, the received information and information received from other user terminal are added up for every same item description to produce summarization information. If both the quantitative limiting condition related to information provision and the qualitative information related to the information provision are met, to a user terminal from which the relevant information provision is made, the produced summarization information is transmitted and provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
