<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector that elastically houses a wire harness routed between a car body and a door. <P>SOLUTION: A spring member comprising an arcuate part along the inner surface of a peripheral wall is integrally molded by protruding a bearing part from a bottom wall, inside a case body comprising the circular bottom wall and the peripheral wall. An electric wire drawing-in part and an electric wire drawing-out part are integrally protruded in a cross shape at a part of the peripheral wall. The wire harness is drawn in the case body from a car body side through the electric wire drawing-in part, and is wound between the spring member and the peripheral wall before crossed with a door side from the electric wire drawing-out part which is drawn out and housed. At opening the door, the spring member is flexed to reduce the diameter of wire harness for leading out, while, at closing the door, the spring member restores to press and spread the wire harness against the peripheral wall side for increased diameter, thereby allowing the wire harness to be re-wound for housing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
