<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow management system which easily generates and renews workflow data, and also provide a workflow management program. <P>SOLUTION: The workflow management system manages workflow by monitoring documents delivered among a plurality of persons in charge, based on the workflow data, which define the contents of work, on a computer connected to a network. In this case, the work comprises the following processing: production of the documents, approval of the documents, transmission of the documents and storage of the documents. The system is provided with a processing unit generation part 610, which generates a processing unit defining the contents of the processing, in response to an operation, a workflow data generation part 620 which generates the workflow data in combination with the processing unit, in response to an operation and a workflow data renewal part 630, which renews the contents of the workflow data, in response to an operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
