PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt driving device which secures a necessary control gain in a belt driving system and which is proof against disturbance.

SOLUTION: An object of control 31 is the belt driving device driving an endless belt by a motor. Displacement BP of the endless belt is detected and an operation part 36 compares it with a target value Rp so as to perform feedback control. A disturbance torque estimating means 39 estimates disturbance ω'τ from displacement BP of the endless belt. A result obtained by current-converting estimated disturbance ω'τ by a disturbance-current conversion block 40 is added to target current Iref. It is given to a current control system 41 as new target current.
