SUBSTANCE: fiber-optical device controlling vibration of load-carrying structure of underwater acoustic measurement aid in full-scale basin has inertial mass, springy backing and fiber-optical interferometer coming in the form of measurement and reference coils, source of coherent light and photodetector connected with output to recorder through amplifier. Measurement coil is wound interference fit on to outer surface of springy backing that presents hollow vessel made fast to controlled load-carrying structure.
