<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, not requiring to print out the information on an ordering request one by one, reducing the part ordering firm's burden of management activities for the information on the ordering request, and easily sharing the documents on the ordering request received from the part ordering firm by a parts manufacturer in two or more places in the firm without copying the documents. <P>SOLUTION: A processing means 12 transforms a file format of part drawing related to an ordering request to a drawing file format to be browsed through a network, and the drawing file is associated with address information to be saved in a storage means 13.
