<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide canned Sushi improved in preservability. <P>SOLUTION: The canned Sushi comprising powdered green tea-mixed Sushi is obtained through the following process: wrapping a lump of powdered green tea-mixed Sushi with a flexible film 2 to make a wrapped green tea-mixed Sushi 12, putting the wrapped green tea-mixed Sushi 12 into a cylindrical can 3 made of tinplate and comprising a body and a bottom lid, and attaching an aluminum upper lid with a pull tab to the can so as to seal up the inside of the can 3 while a space between the can 3 and the wrapped powdered green tea-mixed Sushi 12 is filled with nitrogen gas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
